  • Duplicate charges
  • Course cancellation by Learning Era

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for refund
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed courses or accessed content
  • Downloaded study materials
  • Subscription fees for used periods
  • Certification fees
